Whenever
one's work involves other human beings, anywhere in the world,
it is important to obey certain rules.
Therefore
we are implementing rules which aim to protect the humanitarian
and civil rights of the Mangyan people.

The project respects the Mangyan culture, traditions and tribe
structures. All development within the project will proceed
at a pace and in such a way as to cause no harm to the target
group. Also the Mangyan people will not be obliged to participate
in the project.

Children
under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate in the project.
Children
over the age of 16 are only allowed to participate, if it does
not negatively impact their educational development.

All
participants will receive equal payment for the same type of
work regardless of any regional differences.

It
is absolutely prohibited for any staff, volunteers or employees
to have any kind of sexual relationship with participants of
the project. Failure to comply with this rule will result in
immediate expulsion from the project.

is absolutely prohibited for any staff, volunteers or employees
to use project relationships to obtain personal gains.Failure
to comply with this rule will result in immediate expulsion
from the project.

The
project does not co-operate with persons, companies, authorities
or organizations that in any way violate principles intended
to protect humanitarian, civil or labour rights.
